How long will it take to get my order?

We can deliver the goods in about 7 working days from the date of your order.

Day 1 – We contact you to confirm the size and color of the style and to check if the address is correct.

Day 2 – We go to the warehouse to deliver the goods

Day 3 – Check the quality of the goods, whether there are defective products, and then take photos to confirm the products to you.

Day 4 – After receiving your confirmation, we will pack the goods.

Day 5 – The goods are shipped to the international express office and sent to you with the tracking number.

Day 6 – You can check the shipping information of the goods.

Why do some countries query the tracking number, the weight displayed is not consistent with the actual？

Because some countries will need express transit in the delivery process, the transportation company will reduce the weight data of the goods to save some unnecessary transportation costs, which is out of our control.    But for example, if the transportation in the United States can be direct, there will be no such situation.    For example, in Italy, Spain, Denmark, Switzerland and other countries, the weight of the goods may be found inconsistent during the transportation process, please do not worry, contact our customer service for you to check and give you a screenshot.    Because the express is sent from Hong Kong, the weight data sent from China is consistent, only through the transit of Singapore or other countries, the logistics weight will be inconsistent.    Or you can call DHL or fedex China business area consultation, you can see the actual weight.
